- To provide opportunity, financial help, coaching, adult guidance and assistance for the less privileged and all youth who wish to race bicycles.
- To educate our youth about physical health, proper diet and wholesome lifestyle.
- To expand the general knowledge about the sport of bike racing in the city of Windsor.
- To offer friendship, comradeship, help and understanding.
- To give children, young adults and the young at heart adults a chance to express their individuality and "joie de vivre".
