S.W.I.F.T.
Strength Winter Indoor Fitness Training is the core foundation in training for our riders. The purpose of winter training is for general conditioning, rebuilding, balancing the body and to have fun. There are two sessions offered, both are three months long and consist of three phases each. "Autumn" begins in October and runs to the end of December and "Winter" runs January to March. The foundation for a winning race season is accomplished during this period. It is quality and consistency that make a successful winter program, not quantity. Testing is included, but optional in each session.

All participants must be current Maple Leaf Cycling Club members and have completed a Par-Q.
Ages for some activities are limited to minimum of 13 years of age.
