Cycling as Cross-Training
Learn how cycling can become one of the best "Off Season" training activities for athletes and improve your performance in your current sport. This clinic also covers the importance of "Core conditioning" for bike racers.

All participants must be current Maple Leaf Cycling Club members and have completed a Par-Q.
Ages for some activities are limited to minimum of 13 years of age.
