Recovery Ride
The MLCC Wednesday night recovery ride is between what should be the two hardest training days. As a social ride for our Club Recreational Riders it doubles as a "TRUE" recovery ride for the Racers. Focus is on proper pedal stroke and most importantly "recovery". Speed is not the objective! This ride promotes camaraderie and skill development. It's a great place to start. No rider is left behind. The ride distance varies from 35km to 45km.

All participants must be current Maple Leaf Cycling Club members and have completed a Par-Q.
Ages for some activities are limited to minimum of 13 years of age.
