Training with a Heart Rate Monitor
Training with a Heart Rate Monitor is only as good as how and what you do with the information. Our experts will teach you how to properly use a HR Monitor for your training whether it is on or off the bike.

All participants must be current Maple Leaf Cycling Club members and have completed a Par-Q.
Ages for some activities are limited to minimum of 13 years of age.
