Training with a Power Meter
Power Meters can be a big investment but for cyclists incorporating this tool will allow for you to better reach new thresholds of achievement. They are not just for select elite athletes and coaches. It is advised that participants take Training with a Heart Rate Monitor prior to this clinic.

All participants must be current Maple Leaf Cycling Club members and have completed a Par-Q.
Ages for some activities are limited to minimum of 13 years of age.
