Group Rides - Rules of Engagement

Group rides can be one of the most rewarding ways to make the most of your ride. Your coach will take you through the "Rules of Engagement" for group rides and all the jargon that goes along with it. Then the group hits the road to get a better appreciation of how techniques like "drafting" can enhance the quality of your ride.

All participants must be current Maple Leaf Cycling Club members and have completed a Par-Q.
Ages for some activities are limited to minimum of 13 years of age.
