MLCC Club Rules

Hill Training
Tuesday night hill training is done on mountain or cyclocross bikes at Malden Park. The program is for all levels and all abilities. There are several cross country and single track circuits which include many different elevations. These are coached sessions on preselected routes and ridden at specific paces to achieve the proper recovery to advance development. This training is based on the regional racing schedule and is included in an annual MLCC membership.

All participants must be current Maple Leaf Cycling Club members and have completed a Par-Q.
Ages for some activities are limited to minimum of 13 years of age.
